The Bread Mat for Baking and Freezing

    Silpain® non-stick perforated mats are excellent for baking any shape or size bread and are just as effective for freezing dough or part baked bread.  They can be used in any type of oven, except direct fired ovens.
    Silpain® are made of fiberglass and silicone, and can be used from 2,000 to 3,000 times.* 
    Our products conform to US regulations on food grade silicone, and are FDA and Kosher certified.

Can be used at temperatures varying from -40°C to 280°C
-40°F to 482°F
*Life of product varies depending  on use and maintenance.
