Flexible Baguette Baking Tray
Use
our Fiberglass®
trays to transform frozen dough into fresh baked baguettes.
It is suitable for proving, part baking,
and baking in a rack oven. It's design prevents dough from
sticking into the fibers. Simply put
the dough into the channels, and put in the oven.
Fiberglass®
are made of fiberglass so they will not loose their shape.
The trays are supplied with stainless steel frames. Fiberglass®
is coated with the economical red silicone. Under normal use
they have a life of 1400 to 1800 baking cycles.*
Fiberglass®
conforms to US regulations on food grade silicone, and are FDA and
Kosher certified.
